Driver's gratuity
A standard 20% gratuity is added to the total amount after trip completion, based on the total gross amount (Base Rate + Overtime, if any) before any discounts. Cash tips appreciated. If the cash tip is less than 20%, the difference will be charged to the card after trip completion.

24 hour cancellation policy. 100% of cost is non-refundable if the tour is canceled within 24 hours prior to departure date. The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by any members of their party. There is a sanitation fee of $250.00 if loss of bodily fluids occurs. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the client. The driver has the right to terminate the trip without refund if there is blatant indiscretion or misbehavior on the part of the client/s. It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted, and a $100 charge will be added for any burns in the upholstery. Overtime charges will apply after the first 15 minutes (grace period) of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Overtime charged as follows: $85/hr (SUV). We are not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
