How many guests can join a private tour?+
Up to 7 guests ride together in a black luxury SUV with your own private chauffeur. Larger group? Contact us and we'll arrange extra vehicles.
How much does a private wine tour cost?+
Our 8-hour private Napa & Sonoma tours start at $595 on weekdays (Mon–Thu) with Napa/Sonoma pickup, and $695 on weekends. San Francisco pickups start at $670 weekdays and $735 weekends. The price is per vehicle, not per person.
Are winery tasting fees included?+
Tasting fees are paid directly to the wineries and are not included in the tour price. Add a Priority Wine Pass to get 2-for-1 tastings and discounts at many wineries.
Where do you pick us up?+
We pick up and drop off at your hotel, home, or any address in Napa, Sonoma or San Francisco. You can also change your drop-off location on the day.
Do you help choose the wineries?+
Yes. Our concierge builds an itinerary around your tastes and budget — from famous Napa estates to hidden-gem Sonoma tasting rooms — or you can pick the wineries yourself.
Do we need to book winery tastings ahead?+
Many wineries require reservations. Tell us your preferences when you pre-book and we'll help plan and reserve your stops.
Can we stop for lunch?+
Of course. Stop for restaurant style lunch or deli any time during your tour. We'll recommend best venues during the planning.
Is anything included as a gift?+
Every tour departed from San Francisco includes a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.
How do I book?+
Book instantly online, or send a free pre-book request (no credit card needed) and we'll confirm the details with you.
What if we need to change or cancel?+
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to reschedule. Call or email us for the cancellation terms for your booking.
